Recurring Events Are Here!

Recurring Events Are Here!

We're excited to announce a highly requested feature: Recurring Events are now available in Ledger!

Just like you’re used to with iCal, Google Calendar, and other calendar apps, you can now easily set events to repeat on your schedule—helping your team stay organized without the need to manually create new events each time.

How It Works

When creating a new event in Ledger, you’ll now see the option to make it recurring. Simply select how often you want the event to repeat:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly

Once selected, you can dive into the settings to customize the recurrence pattern even further—such as picking the exact day of the week, the week of the month, or other options consistent with what you would expect in a professional calendar.

This makes it easy to manage regular meetings, team check-ins, monthly roundups, or annual milestones—all without having to recreate events manually.

Key Features

  • Flexible Scheduling: Configure events to repeat exactly how you need them to.
  • Consistent Experience: Familiar setup if you’ve used iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
  • Simple Management: Update or delete future events individually if plans change.
  • Stay Organized: Keep recurring meetings, deadlines, and events in view without the extra work.

Why It Matters

Recurring events keep your calendar clean, reduce setup time, and help teams stay in sync. Whether you're scheduling a weekly team stand-up, a monthly planning session, or a yearly celebration, Ledger now makes it effortless to keep important events in front of your team.
